Since all our items are digital products (downloadable sewing patterns, templates, and related files), no physical shipping is required. Below you’ll find all the important information regarding the delivery of your digital files.

1. Instant Delivery of Digital Products

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, you will instantly receive a download link for your digital products. You can download your files directly from the order confirmation page, and you will also receive an email containing the same link.

2. Access to Your Products

You can access your purchased digital files at any time from your Clic Pattern account under the My Orders section. Download links remain available for 30 days after purchase. If you need access after this period, please contact us and we will be happy to restore your files.

3. Delivery Time

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. There is no shipping delay. If any technical issue occurs (for example, a payment error), please contact us at contact@clicpattern.com.

4. File Formats and Sizes

All files are delivered in PDF or ZIP format, compatible with standard sewing software and easily printable at home or at a print shop. We ensure that our files are optimized for quick and easy download.

5. Download or Access Issues

If you encounter any issues downloading your files or if a download link does not work, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will promptly resolve the problem by providing technical assistance or sending you a new download link.

6. Usage Terms

All products purchased from Clic Pattern are intended for personal use only. You may print and use the files for your own sewing projects, but resale, redistribution, or sharing of the files is strictly prohibited.

7. No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a file has been downloaded.

If a file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide technical assistance or send a corrected replacement file at no additional cost.
